maaari po bang lagyan ng SUN CELLULAR TOWER dito sa POBLACION, ROSARIO AGUSAN DEL SUR. dahil maraming tao dito na lumipat sa inyong sebisyo. dahil unfair naman sa amin kung di ninyo lagyan ng tower dito na walang signal reception at maraming di nagagamit sa POSTPAID at PREPAID SIMS (SUN CELLULAR) kaya wala kaming makukuha na signal kahit isang bar lang. - “Often it is best to stop in to a Sun Telecom location to speak with someone in person”, I DONT THINK SO, ive just had one of the worst experience for customer service by 2 employees stationed just by the entrance booth of SM megamall branch @ around 8pm last night while,after paying my bill … thinking of upgrading my plan (broadband) i opted to ask this young(1st) man stationed on the entrance who seemed nice,but didnt seem to be interested, or probably exhausted with all the days work and just preceded me to the line (rows of seat) and wait for my number to be called by customer reps inside the store. Glued for a couple of minutes, so i decided to leave and just deal with it at a diff day since im off to work at 9pm, it happened that this cellphone bundle ad with the phone ive always wanted caught my attention, and not wanting (1st guy) to be annoyed by me, i decided to call the attention of another good looking lady on the same entrance booth, w/c then handed me a paper with list of requirements and options for the plan, but the copy seemed to be very distorted and faded, so i asked, miss wala bang mas malinaw? to w/c she replied, “marami na mang options jan sir”…. so i said, “oo alam ko maraming options(for the plan) e panu di ko mabasa yung gusto ko,” (in an intimidated tone) to my surprise she just turned away from me….OK no big deal, i still managed to browse over the ads on posted around the area, with the poor and stupid paper on one hand, trying to match each details, but to no avail, ( wanting to have the phone), so naglakas loob na lng ulit ako magtanong kay nice lady for a complete brochure if any, since im running late, w/c she acknowledged at first but while i was pointing at the items posted trying to get as much detail and understanding of it, then i realized she just turned away and never came back left me talking to myself pointing like stupid! .. Furios but still managed my composure,(baka mag super sayan lang ako sa store!) so i just walked out of the store feeling bad. i left for work still startled how the hell this company could afford employees like these, i mean i myself and a lot of filipino colleagues work with customer service, dealing with foreign people, not to mention the irate, crazy cuss and profane words we encounter with these people, but at the end of the day its all in a days word, w/c probably is the same case with those SUN employees. sabi nga ng kawork ko, ” baka naman akala nila tulad ka ng iba na puro tanong”.. w/c happens in reality, but the mere fact that its your job and your being paid for to answer those stupid questions. same thing applies with the kind of job i have, it sucks but you really have to suck the hell out of it, coz again at the end of the day, ma-realize mo “trabaho lang walang personalan” not just on those employees ive encountered last night it happens everyday, we deal with people in diff fields na me attitude talaga towards customers, customers na parehas din nagtatrabaho at gusto rin ng service after giving good service 8 hours a day. Pity these people who represent these companies not for their attitude but for the face they make of their employers, bastos na, nakakasira pa ng araw. im sure there’s a lot of people there who’ve had the same experience like me believe it or not, mapapamura ka na lang, bcoz you really cant do shit about it anymore,too bad, in the end, “tinatangkilik ko pa rin ang service nila, at ginamit pang pangreklamo
..” i believe these people could use some reality check sometime .(it wont hurt)
