i just can’t understand why it is so hard to get an answer for this question. The network must provide accessible answer since there is no written instruction on the sim card that they are selling in the market.
nakakainis ang service ng sun nanga2in ng load. sana wag n kau mag endorse sa tv kung ganun dn ang mangy2ri. naging loyal aq sa servise n2 pero d n mganda servise nyo.
ang sabi pa skin ng operator sorry maam kc po na over usage nyo po ung load.. eh ano b ung service nyo unli db? sana nil2gay nyo rin sa advertise nyo sa tv ung dapat lng i consume ng customer.gets/?

Sayang naman ang ni load ko na 150 for days prepaid card na suspended lang. continues ang load ko but now suspended i do their instruction of csr but still suspended… do i need to call for NTC para magreklamo
