Reactivating Your Globe SIM For Roaming
It happens to many people. You buy your Globe SIM card in the Philippines and forget to activate it for roaming. Then when you leave the Philippines you can’t use your SIM card until you activate it for roaming. Sometimes you have activated your Globe SIM card for roaming but it gets deactivated due to a low balance or inactivity.
Not to worry its pretty easy to activate you Globe SIM card for roaming even when you are not in the Philippines.
Activating Your SIM for Romaing from Outside the Philippines
There are two ways to activate your Globe SIM for roaming when your outside the Philippines. You must contact Globe customer support by email for by phone. In both situations you will need to provide the Globe cell phone number that you would like activated for roaming. Make sure you have at least P100 on the SIM before you try to activate it. The Globe customer support agent can tell you what you balance is but you can always simply add some load to the account using an online service like Aryty.com.

I have a Globe roaming Sim Card #XXXXXXXXXX which i bought in Philippines, it is always my daughters in Philippines who will reload that #, i got so busy with my new job that i forgot about my cellphone & found out that it lost its signal i thought to be just internet broken down coz of tornado occurrence in my area, daughter in Philippines send P100 load & it is not received because my phone has no signal, could you help me about this? My globe roaming number was deactivated due to insufficient load, i ask my mother in the philippines to report to globe telecom customer service ask if they can activate again my same number, but the customer service said that they cannot reactivate my same number anymore. My question is that is there any possible to reactivare nay same no. or if i will apply again for new roaming no. can i use again my old no which ia 0917-6901407 bec that no. is very important to me.

Dear Globe,
Globe just cutted my Globe prepaid SIM for roaming. I recieved a notification that i should reply GROAM YES to continue my roaming service and I replied and successfully reactivated my Globe roaming but this morning when I checked my phone, it has no signal. I thought that area in our house doesn’t have any signal, which was weird because usually it has signal there. So can you please reactivate my Prepaid SIM Roaming? I really want to keep in touch with my girlfriend in the Philippines. By the way, before Globe cutted off my roaming, I just reloaded my SIM card in order to reply to the “GROAM YES” and it also stated there that I should have at least P130 to reactivate my SIM roaming. I have registered for globe roaming services few minutes before I leave in the Philippines. There is a confirmation message that I have registered for the roaming services. I have a Globe roaming Sim Card which i bought in Philippines, it is always my fiancee in Philippines who will reload that #, Im a seaman,trade route dominican republic to venezuela.One time when we arrive in dominican republic i receive a msg from 2884 ( We have not receive your GROAM reply within the 24 hour period,your Globe roaming will be deactivated within a few minutes) when i try to send a GROAM all of a sudden i lost my signal.I call my fiancee using landline in dominican republic which cause me alot of problem.She send me 100 load to make sure that I have a load but i did not receive anything its becouse i dont have signal.could you help me about this?
