Activate or Reactivate a Globe Roaming SIM

Globe SIM cards must be activated for roaming in order for them to work outside of the Philippines. If you have not activated your SIM or your SIM card has been deactivated fro roaming you can simply call or email Globe customer support and ask them to reactivate your Globe SIM for roaming. Be sure to have your SIMs phone number handy when you contact Globe customer service.

Activate you Globe Roaming SIM

Simply call the 24-hour Globe Roaming Support at +6327301212 for postpaid subscribers or *131*6327301212# for prepaid subscribers, and ask them to activate or reactivate you Globe SIM card. You can also email customer support at custhelp@globetel.com.ph.

      we went without a phone for over a month – feb to march 15.

      CSRs promised a number of times that they’ll send someone out. Had to call daily, spoke with 3 supervisors who were unable to solve anything. These assholes kept getting my contact details but never got back to me. Everytime i rang back, i had to ask the next CSR to read to me the previous one’s notes, coz i suspected these guys weren’t leaving notes at all so they can get away with doing nothing – many of the reps i spoke with really didnt so i was right. there was no way for me to trace them ever again.

      so when u hv to complain, ask for their names, and ask for reference numbers of their reports, and ask them to read the notes verbatim. next time you call, ask the rep to read the notes on the reference number.

      i have a small business, and disconnected all 5 lines due to the inadequacy of the reps and their unwillingness to do their jobs.

        That is right. when you dial 211… you will hard time to connect to their agents. No postpaid options. Agents keeps on promising. No results and no action.

            tama ka … gusto kong ireklamo today ang load ng anak ko wala ako makausap… nagload anak ko 20. .okay… was loaded 20…. ng magregister sya sa astig20 tm reply siguraduhin mong me load kang 20… shock ang anak ko kc nga ka load pa lang nya … di pa nagagalaw… ng magbalance inquiry sya … ten pesos lang ang laman… bakit ganun????

    hindi nila alam naka block yung roaming simcard nila sa buong europe. hindi ka makapag kol or txt sa pinas pero nakakatanggap lang ng txt. sana may magawa kayo para dun hindi nyo mamonitor kung anu problema nasa 500 load hindi ko naman nagagamit meron sinasabi network nila dito… nasubukan ko na rin sa ibang pinoy globe roaming nila ganun din ang sitwasyon. may depekto network nyo!

      Bakit yung spped ng wimax speed until now di pa na meet yug 1 mbps after coneection 24 hurs daw ang activation ng 1mpbs pero until now di ba na activate ang 1 mbps.

    hi Globe Telecom I am just wondering if your company is aware regarding what your support team doing for the past 2 weeks I got a call from your agent saying that I have privilege to received a blackberry phone under plan 995, so what I did I follow the instruction I send my valid ID which is the Driver License, but what she promise was not done so I ignore it, then last week I received another call from agent of Priority Telesale Globe Telecom, Mr. Andrew that he says I need to stay on my home address on September 29, 2010 to personally accepting the delivery of unit but before this day come I try to call him yesterday but no one answering my call until this the whole day I am calling him but no one answering, so I am really disappointed in this promo I am not asking anything they are the one who shake my whole week in thinking something possible into reality I hope you can take a time to review this matter and I really appreciate if you can give me feedback regarding this matter, thanks and God Bless.

    HEY GLOBE!! read this out

    Here is the problem..last aug 29 I tried to subscribe for a Wi-max connection here in Pampanga (Globe-marquee mall branch to be particular). A week after the subscription, an agent called me and set a date for the installation. On the installation date given or set, to my surprise the contractor asked me if I have all the materials prepared for the installation.???? The hell!!! during the time that I was applying for the connection no one told me about the things to prepare during the installation!! They just told me to wait for them, that’s all! And after telling the contractor that I dont have the materials needed, he suggested to install the modem on the next day. As agreed, another agent from the main office called me again for re-installation confirmation and I reported the incident at once. So the next day, I prepared all the things needed and waited the whole day for the contractor who will be the one installing the modem. But unfortunately they didn’t come. No text no call for this unreasonable event! I was really furious about this. So I decided to cancel my application. After 3 days I visited the branch where I applied. And they told me to claim my refund in their other branch here in Pampanga. So I went there.. I reported again the incident and I was demanding to get the refund but the agent told me again that they will just text/call me if the refund is already available. What?????? after waiting for the installation???I still have to wait again for the refund!!! Hey guys, is this how you give service to your customers?????Im a loyal subscriber of Globe.. But now.. Im totally disappointed!!!

    andito po ako ngaun sa singapore, kaso po pagdating ko d2 walang signal ung globe ko,…nagtanong ako dun sa pinas kung pano i-activate ung roaming sim ko…sabi nila pag globe ka, e automatic na magro-roaming yang sim mo sa ibang bansa….but then, pagdating ko dito wala naman ako signal..kaya po ba ng service provider i-activate ung roaming ko??..sayang din kasi ung load nun…

    I would like to i8nform your humble office that i own the account no, xxxxxxxxxx, of Alinguigan 2nd Ilagan Isabela, that our wimax internet connection was connected October 5,2010 and we suffered from super typhoon Juan which resulted to the damage of the wimax. Since then sir we did not have any access of the said interment connection anymore up to the present. Many times in the pass I refer this to the hot line of Globe, and even reported the case to Santiago office.The office told me that the bill will already be disregarded because the office knows that wimax tower was already damage.

Sabi ng agent, rebates will reflect w/in 2 billing periods. This month is my 3rd bill after my complaint, walang nagreflect na rebate!

    In addition, may bagong daya nanaman kyo. Globe billed me ringback tone fees. I never download any ringback tones! Sure ako because i’m using my phone to call only! automatic ba ang ringback nowadays?!

    Globe ate up my load four times already. The first incident was when I reloaded 300 credits to register to BB social. I havent received a confirmation whatsoever but then when I checked on my balance via 222 I only had 270 pesos left. Gone just like that. Two weeks after that, I had to reload again. From 100php I registered to COMBO20 but when I checked on my bal it said I only have 65 left. Third and fourth, was when I reloaded my sim with 100 credits. I tried registering to SUPER25 but I was denied. I then again checked on my balance and I only had 19 pesos left. My money just went down the drain. Indeed, Globe sucks. Kahit customer service ng 211, kelangan ba may load din? Kala ko ba Toll free yun? I still have P5 load kasi P30 load ko.. Tapos minus P25, so me P5 pa sobra. Tapos sa Chat2globe nila, machine ang sasagot..kung wala sa keywords, balik sa start menu! KAINIS!

    It is very convinient in my work.

    I am a manager of KCN, Internet Radio Broadcasting.

    But i have 2 problem.

    1) device power problem
    - We are using this with 24 Hrs for Broadcasting. But It used to be turn off by itself. Turning on is impossible. I can turn it on only after removal battery and power connection. It happened almost every 3-4 days.

    - I have brought it to customer service in Taytay SM once and Marikina SM 2 times. Check up and repair needed 2-3 weeks. But problem is same.
    last work order no : MRKW-2012-000000000494 (3/27-4/23)

    I could not broadcast many days because of device.

    2) internet connection

    I determined this device after checking in my office. Speed was good.
    But connection is not stable. In many case it goes down low speed. Broadcasting is almost impossible because of internet connection.

    1) I want to change globe service to landline DSL 2M

    2) I want to replace the superstick with another.

    Please help to resume our broadcating again.

    Globe maawa naman po kau, paayos naman po ng signal sa Greenpark Pasig coz 12 yrs na po me subscriber and bigla na lang nawala signal nyo sa area namin since 2009 pa: 0-1 bar. Pinagtyatyagaan ko na lang. Yung GFlex 800 ko I lowered it to Plan All-in 299 na. I have been requesting for help pero ala pa rin.     I have a globe roaming being used for more than a year already and loaded there in the Philippine in monthly P50.00 that takes a month always. Absolutely it hasn’t been received any messages from a friend long time ago almost running for a year except those messages every time around those promotions from Globe offers. How come today 18th of May I’ve got a text message again from Globe that my load would expired 19th of May and that’s tomorrow. Its absolutely ridiculous thou my roaming is never been used to call or to text and it was just waiting for text messages from the Philippine friends before, and almost a year no more messages… If that would be the case that my load would expired for 15 days instead of a month or 30 days then I’m so happy to let it closed due to your poor service and irregularity without consistency of the said load period of time just like I’d experienced before…I wont never refer your globe communication to my friends here abroad..

Currently, I am on hold for a concern I called in to 211/ My call to Globe Customer Rep on 211 (Mr. Greg Celmar – employee code 55062) is currently on going (15 minutes na akong on hold) for a concern (ref. no. QYT1206002838).

    This is actually the 5th or 6th time I was transferred to a rep that is supposed to hel me. I start off by saying my concern (activation/purchase of license for QuickOffice, an app already on my cel that I need to activate.) They kept on transferring my call. Before the last time I was to be transferred I asked the customer Rep (Mr. Greg Celmar – - employee code 55062) if he even took note of what my inquiry is. He said he did not have it. It seems he was in such a hurry to transfer my call. I asked to talk to his supervisor, a certain Ms. Dea – that is how professional they are that they would not give out the name of their supervisor.

    I am still on hold. It has been 30 mins. Is this how after-sales support for Globe goes? I think I at least deserve a courteous”Sorry but I don’t know the answer to your queries” reply. But I guess I as a subscriber is not worth even that.

We also requested your office to have our globelines and internet coonection transferred from our room to our sala and according to them this will have no extra costs.
